CLUNY AND THE CLUNIAC SITES. World Heritage candidacy

Commissioned by the European Federation of Cluniac Sites, he has led the drafting team of the Pre-Dossier for the candidacy of Cluniac sites (European Cultural Route) to the World Heritage list. He currently leads the international team for the drafting of the Dossier of that candidacy.

The cultural, artistic and patrimonial richness of the monumental assets linked to the Cluniac expansion must be studied taking into account the many buildings and places whose value has already been recognized by the UNESCO World Heritage Convention. In the case of sites that are already on the World List, their inscription must be based on the formulation of a new and specific Outstanding Universal Value, which will be the one that will justify the Cluniac heritage.
